"He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you."
Deuteronomy 31:8
Have you ever thought...
"I wish there was a church in my neighborhood, for my neighbors."
"I have friends who want to know about Jesus, but they won't go to a regular church."
"Is there a way to be the church simply?"
"How do I live out the teachings of Jesus in my regular life?"
"I'm a leader, but I just don't fit in any of the traditional ministry boxes. What can I do?"
"I have a great ministry idea, but I don't have anyone that will support me and work with me."
Great news...you can do something about it!
Mission
A mission can be best described as any way that demonstrates the love of God to a hurting world. It's finding the places of pain around you and discovering how the Kingdom of God is advancing to meet those needs. A mission doesn't have to be costly or complicated. It begins by someone answering the call of God to love the world around them.
Microchurch
Anywhere that between six and twenty people can gather as a community of faith, arrange their time around worship and a "curriculum of Christlikeness," and be intentionally pursuing the mission of Jesus is called a microchurch. It can be started in your home, at the office, at school, or even at a coffee shop or bar.

First steps
Step 1 - Tell Us About You and Your Dream
Below is an form to share your idea for a new mission or microchurch. If you're already leading something, this is also a way to share how you'd like to connect with EDM. After filling it out, we'll reach out to schedule a short Zoom call or in person meeting to get to know you and talk about your ideas. As a side note, missions and microchurches are autonomous in terms of their leadership, vision, and execution. EDM is here to partner with you and help get your ideas from thought to reality!
Step 2 - Turn your dream into a plan.
It's super important to go from the idea stage to a concrete plan. We can help you with that and share from our experience and resources how to launch the vision God has given you. Oh, and we are firm believers that the Holy Spirit is our best teacher and leader. He will show the way and we'll learn from Him together!
Step 3 - Identify and commission leadership
Ideas without leaders don't last very long. Sometimes you will be the primary leader of your mission or microchurch, but usually you'll need to connect with other leaders to make your dream a reality. For example, a person with the gift of evangelism might want to start a microchurch, but they definitely need some pastorally-minded folks around. Or, you might have a great idea for a misson but need some administrative help to get it going. We can help you work that out.
Step 4 - Launch your mission or microchurch and check in along the way
Everyday Mission is committed to helping leaders get from idea to execution as fast and efficiently as possible. Our primary goal is to see the Good News of God's Kingdom spread by all means possible. As you launch your mission or microchurch, we will be available to support you through your successes and failures. Often, the failures are the most helpful times! We will provide coaching and a community of other leaders to learn from and lean on throughout your journey.
We have been specifically praying for God to raise up leaders to answer the call to start missions and microchurches in the Treasure Coast area of Florida, but we want to support anyone who is a potential leader. It's time to respond to what God wants to do to bring renewal to his church. We believe this time in history needs small groups of people honoring Jesus through their mission and commitment to one another. But we need leaders to respond to God's call and step out in faith. God doesn't call the equipped, he equips the called!
If you're interested in starting a mission or microchurch, send us a message and we'll set up a meeting. Also, if you have an existing group and are looking to connect to something larger than yourself, let us know. We believe that the Holy Spirit is calling his Church to renewal. Let's follow him together!
