Mike Bishop-Co-Executive Director
Mike and Amber met at the University of Florida and were married in 1995. They live in Jupiter and have raised three young adult children. They are both committed to the idea of modern day tent making and work for their family business, RGD Consulting Engineers, where Mike is VP of engineering and Amber handles marketing and land development. They also lead the microchurch, Resurrection Church, which meets in Tequesta.
They have initiated and lead various ministry projects and planted multiple microchurches over the last 25 years. In Gainesville with the Vineyard Church, they formed new worship teams, started and multiplied small groups, organized servant evangelism projects, helped organize large conferences, and participated in cross-cultural mission work in the Czech Republic, Russia, Holland, and Cuba. In 2001, Mike was ordained by the Vineyard as a pastor and sent out to plant new churches.
Before Amber went back to work in the business world, she spent 18 years at home homeschooling her children all the way through high school and successfully launched them into their academic and athletic careers in higher education. She is extremely gifted at getting others excited and motivated towards God’s Kingdom. She is a champion for releasing people into their gift and calling in ministry. She is also effective at rallying others to a cause and organizing people to get a job done. Amber’s passion is contagious and she leads by example. Amber has always loved starting and cultivating new businesses. She uses that gift combination by serving as co-executive director of Everyday Mission.
Mike has written extensively about leadership and the church. He currently publishes articles on Medium and is publishing a new book, The Message and the Way. Mike is passionate about launching people into their destiny and serves on the Everyday Mission board as co-executive director by providing strategic coaching, teaching discipleship and church planting curriculum, and contending for the renewal of the church by nurturing fully formed, mature disciples.

Tom & Dana Clark
Equipping Coordinators
Tom and Dana Clark met on the basketball court of their church youth group in 2001, and have been dating ever since. They got married in 2007. They have three children, Maiya, Aliyana, and Jude. Tom received his degree in biblical studies from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Tom and Dana have served as local youth pastors for 6 years in Jensen Beach, Fl, and have been doing full-time missions since 2015.
In 2018, God called them to the nations and they moved to Malaysia in 2019 as a family to train locals in simple reproducible ways of multiplying Gods Kingdom. They train disciples in engaging the lost, sharing the gospel, making disciples themselves, starting churches, and raising up other leaders to do the same. Their heart is to see God birth a disciple making movement, where disciples are making other disciples until that area is saturated with Gods image and likeness. Their goal is to be faithful to this commission everywhere God leads them.
Midway through 2020, the Clark's were led back to the US (due to COVID restrictions, country borders closing up, and their travel visa expiring). And it was in the fall of 2020 that Tom and Dana met Mike and Amber and were introduced to Everyday Mission. They realized they had so much in common and shared a very similar heart and passion for God's Kingdom.
Today, the Clark's look for ways to serve disciples, microchurch leaders, and missional workers by providing coaching, training, and mentorship to those who want to push the Kingdom forward in their area, whether it be locally or abroad. They also lead the microchurch, Kingdom Life, which meets in their home in Jensen Beach.

Steph and Gio live in Port Salerno, Florida with their son Dominic and their sweet pup Pepita. They have been an integral part of EDM for many years and bring a wealth of experience in prophetic ministry, healing, deliverance, and intercession. They help lead the microchurch, The Whole Enchilada, with Dave and Mary Decavitch.
Gio is an ambassador for Run Like Clockwork, a business that helps small business owners grow in efficiency and sustainability. He has a very diverse resume both in business and in ministry. Stephanie is a wife, a mom, and a nurse where she cares for the sick and those recovering from surgery. She's been a nurse for 17 years and cared for individuals in a variety of settings including mental health. This exposure to peoples’ deep hurts has been part of the inspiration of her God calling. After receiving inner healing herself, she embarked on a journey under the guidance of Nathalie Bethea to learn God’s ways of healing wounds that stand in the way of peace. Stephanie is now providing inner healing sessions to women in the area and hopes to, one day, be part of a larger scale healing center.
