Mike and Amber met at the University of Florida and have been married since 1995. They live in Jupiter, Florida, where they raised their three, now, young adult children. Together, they model modern-day tentmaking by serving in leadership roles within their respective professional fields while remaining deeply rooted in ministry. They also lead Resurrection Church, a microchurch that gathers in Tequesta, FL.

For more than 25 years, Mike and Amber have planted churches, discipled leaders, and initiated ministry projects both locally and globally. Their early years with the Vineyard Church in Gainesville included building worship teams, multiplying small groups, organizing evangelism outreaches, hosting large conferences, and serving cross-culturally in the Czech Republic, Russia, Holland, and Cuba. In 2001, Mike was ordained as a Vineyard pastor and sent out to plant churches.

Amber spent 18 years homeschooling their children through high school before returning to the business world. She is a passionate catalyst who excels at inspiring others, releasing people into their callings, and rallying teams around Kingdom purpose. Her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership now serve Everyday Mission through her role as Co-Executive Director.

Mike is a writer, teacher, and strategic leader with a deep passion for church renewal and discipleship. He publishes regularly on leadership and the church and is currently working on a book about their story and ministry journey. As Co-Executive Director, he provides apostolic oversight, strategic coaching, and discipleship and church-planting training across the network.

David and Mary live in Jupiter, Florida, with their four children and have been part of the Everyday Mission family for many years. Mary is a former dental hygienist who now homeschools their children while also pursuing her entrepreneurial passions, helping families follow their dreams. David is a software developer who works remotely with a Silicon Valley–based company.

Together, they carry strong evangelistic hearts for their family, friends, and community. They are passionate about serving the marginalized across Palm Beach County in practical ways. 

Stacy Gumbus is a devoted follower of Jesus, a wife, and a mom to three. She feels deeply called to practice radical hospitality in her neighborhood and community and is passionate about building genuine, lasting relationships. Her heart is to see the Gospel shared in everyday, tangible ways with those who are hungry for truth.

Stacy homeschooled her children for eight years and is the owner of Riverside Pet Services.

Seth Ray is the founder and Executive Director of Go Build Love, a mission dedicated to bringing clean water to underdeveloped communities and making Jesus known through both compassion and action. He carries a strong apostolic calling and a deep love for the poor, with a passion for telling their stories and championing transformation.

After transitioning from a career as a PGA Professional, Seth stepped into full-time ministry with a spirit of faith and adventure. He is a Bible teacher at Jupiter Christian School and a fervent encourager of others’ dreams and callings.

Seth is married to his wife, Missy, and is the proud father of Brenden, Olivia, Addy, and Bryan.
